MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A
lbw STREET LIGHT IN THE SHREWSBURY COURT CUL-DE-SAC IN HIDDEN PINES
SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 10
On January 11, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 04 p m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R
Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
ir. Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of
a street light in the Shrewsbury Court cul-de-sac in Hidden Pines Subdiv-
ision in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 8 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:21 p.m. , January 11, 1989.
