MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET
ibmIMPROVEMENT OF NORTHLAND, ST. MARTINS AND BETHANY
IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6
On January 11, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8:22 p m
Present: Fernon P Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R.
Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
ibm Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Northland, St. Martins
and Bethany in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 30 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:26 p.m. , January 11, 1989.
