MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET
IbrIMPROVEMENT OF HARRISON, SOUTH OF SIX MILE ROAD
IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 13
On January 11, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 9 27 p m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R.
Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
1mm Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Harrison,
South of Six Mile Road in the North 1/2 of Section 13, City of Livonia,
Michigan.
There was no one present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:28 p.m. , January 11,
1989
