MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE ROAD AND
WATER MAIN EXTENSIONS ON MUNGER, EAST OF MERRIMAN ROAD
IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 14
On January 11, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 9 29 p.m
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R.
Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
io. Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the road and water main extensions on
Munger, east of Merriman Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 14, City of
Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 15 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10:04 p m , January 11,
1989.
