MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 88-9-2-46

On January 16, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7:05 p.m
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Gerald
Taylor, and *Ron Ochala
Absent: Robert R. Bishop and Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia and likewise
pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property
owners in accordance with said ordinance No 543, the City Council is
opening a public hearing relative to a communication dated November 8,
1988, from Tom Paljusevic requesting permission to utilize a Class C
Liquor License in connection with a proposed banquet hall addition to an
existing restaurant located on the south side of Plymouth Road between
Middlebelt Road and Milburn Avenue in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35,
City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 6 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:26 p m , January 16,
1989
