HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-02-01 SAD WINDRIDGE 24765 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION 160 OF STREET LIGHTS IN WINDRIDGE VILLAGE #5 SUBDIVISION IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 4 On February 1, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:04 p.m Present Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Imo Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium lights on Colonial Post Tops with underground wiring in Windridge Village #5 Subdivision in the West 1/2 of Section 4, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately 30 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider- ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
