HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-02-01 SAD WINDRIDGE VILLAGE 2476 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION lbwOF STREET LIGHTS IN WINDRIDGE VILLAGE #6 SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 4 On February 1, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 46 p m Present: Fernon P Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of ibePublic Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium lights on Colonial Post Tops with underground wiring in Windridge Village #6 Subdivision in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, City of Livonia, Michigan. There was no one present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 49 p m. , February 1, 1989.
