MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
OF FOCH, PERSHING, CLARITA, PICKFORD, GOFF AND MARGARETA
IN THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 12
On February 1, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8:55 p.m.
Present: Fernon P Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R
Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
imm City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street
improvement on Foch, Pershing, Clarita, Pickford, Goff and Margareta in
the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 12, City of Livonia,
Michigan
There were approximately 30 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:41 p m. , February 1,
1989
