MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING - WAIVER PETITION NO. 88-4-2-16
im. On July 20, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7: 12 p m Present Fernon P. Feenstra,
Joan McCotter, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurciaio, Absent:
Laura Toy and Robert R Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Donald Laidlaw, Bottles & Stuff,
Ltd. II, requesting permission to utilize an SDD license within an existing
party store located on the west side of Newburgh Road between Five Mile Road
im. and Lancaster Avenue in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18.
There were approximately two people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due con-
sideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:24 p m , July 20, 1988.
