HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1988-09-01 SAD PINECREEK SUB 24440 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL Imo FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN PINECREEK SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 9 On September 1, 1988 , the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9: 04 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Robert R. Bishop (out of town) and Gerald Taylor. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment im Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium lights on Davitt poles with underground wiring in Pinecreek Subdivision in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9 , City of Livonia, Michigan. There was no one present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
