HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1988-09-01 SAD MARTIN VILLA 24439 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL tr FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN MARTIN VILLA SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 8 On September 1, 1988 , the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9 : 02 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Robert R. Bishop (out of town) and Gerald Taylor. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401 , as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements , Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment IrProcedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium lights on Colonial Post Tops with underground wiring in Martin Villa Subdivision in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8 , City of Livonia, Michigan. There was no one present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
