MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY

IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6
On September 14 , 1988 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 7 : 07 P.M.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert
R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Ron
Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 .08 , Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of
Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement on
Northland, St. Martins and Bethany in Section 6 , City of
Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 25 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7: 46 p.m. ,
September 14 , 1988 .
