Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent. None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment yrocedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of a street improvement on Auburndale between Five Mile and Myrna in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately 40 people present. �~~ Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 32 p m. , August 10, 1988. .19fig�� X°6416.
