MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
ON LYONS, OAKLEY, SANTA ANITA AND JAMISON
IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 24
On October 3 , 1988, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 7: 05 P.M.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert
R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, *Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent: None. *Arrived at 7 : 10 p.m.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 . 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of
Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement on
Lyons, Oakley, Santa Anita and Jamison in Section 24 , City of
Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 27 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 : 37 p.m. ,
October 3 , 1988 .
