MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
ON ANTAGO BOULEVARD (SEVEN MILE ROAD TO VASSAR)
IN SECTION 1
On October 10 , 1988 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 7: 04 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Ron
Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Robert R. Bishop and Joan
McCotter.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 . 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of
Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement on
im Antago Boulevard (Seven Mile Road to Vassar) in Section 1 , City
of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 8 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 : 15 p.m. ,
October 10 , 1988 .
