MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY DIGITRON
PACKAGING, INC. FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION
CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT NO. 49
On October 17 , 1988 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 8: 47 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert
R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor and Ron Ochala. Absent: Dale
Jurcisin.
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the
Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate
im as submitted by Digitron Packaging, Inc. covering industrial
facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No. 49.
There were three people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8: 58 p.m. ,
October 17 , 1988 .
