HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1988-10-17 PETITION 1988-08-02-35 24540 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 88-8-2-35 110 On October 17, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 10 : 02 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor and Ron Ochala. Absent: Dale Jurcisin. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543 , the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543 , the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a communication received from Alan C. Helmkamp re: Petition 88-8-2-35 requesting permission to construct a quick oil change facility on property located on the southwest corner of Middlebelt Road and Schoolcraft ( 1-96 Service Drive) in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26. There were approximately four people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
