HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1988-11-14 NECESSITY MERRIMAN CT 24607 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF MERRIMAN COURT, NORTH OF SEVEN MILE ROAD IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 2 On November 14, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 : 05 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 . 08 , Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement on Merriman Court, North of Seven Mile Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2 , City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately 10 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
