HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1988-03-16 PETITION 1987-12-08=35 24011 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 87-12-8-35 (All Plans) 0 _ On March 16, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9:44 P M. Present: Fernon P Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert B. Bishop, Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurciain, Absent. None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to an appeal by Loy Associates requesting approval of all plans in connection with a proposal to replace an existing self-serve gas station located on the southwest corner of Eight Mile and Merriman Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3, with a new convenience store/gas station fucility. There were approximately 6 people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
