HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1988-03-30 SAD PRIDES COURT 24041 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN PRIDES COURT SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 7 On March 30, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9:35 P.M Present Fernon P Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Laura Toy. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assess- ment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting system on colonial type ornamental poles with underground wiring in Prides Court Subdivision in the N E 1/4 of Section 7, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately 4 people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consid- eration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 40 p.m. , March 30, 1988. .41A441-7:°71 Ate4 @0DERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
