MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
SEVEN MILE SUPER HIGHWAY SUBDIVISION
IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 9
On March 30, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 8 04 P M. Present Fernon P.
Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala
and Dale Jurcisin. Absent Laura Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 401^ as amended, entitled "Au Ordinance to Provide for the Making
of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment
and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Seven Mile
Super Highway Subdivision in the 0'E 1/4 of Section 9, City of Livonia,
Michigan.
There were approximately 35 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consid-
eration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 18 p.m. , March 30,
1988.
