MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST OF HY-TEK SYSTEMS, INC
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IbiIN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 48
On April 11, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 7 13 P M Present Fernon P
Feenstra, Joan McCotter, *Laura Toy, *Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Ron Ochala and *Dale Jurcisin *Entered the meeting at 7 14 P M
Absent None
The President stated that this was a public hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Indus-
trial Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Hy-Tek Systems, Inc
covering industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia
Industrial Development District No 48
There were two people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due con-
sideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 18 p m , April 11 , 1988
