HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1988-05-16 NECESSITY PINE CREEK 24179 MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN PINE CREEK SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 9 On May 16, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 05 p m. Present Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin Absent Robert R. Bishop, Joan McCotter and Laura Toy The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights in Pine Creek Subdivision in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9 of the City of Livonia, Michigan. There was no one present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
