MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 88-2-2-4 (Waiver Use)
On May 9, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7 35 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra, Joan
McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale
Jurcisin Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Fred J Armour requesting
waiver use approval for outdoor storage of contractor's equipment on property
located on the Southwest corner of Eight Mile Road and Hugh Avenue in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 2
There were approximately twelve people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due con-
sideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 57 p.m. , May 9, 1988
