MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN SUNSET PARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION
LisIN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11
On November 18, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7: 14 p m Present Robert D. McCann, Joan McCotter,
Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala Absent
Robert D Bennett.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting with under-
ground wiring in Sunset Park Estates Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 11 of the City of Livoniu.
There was no one present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 15 p.m. , November 18, 1987.
