MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS
IN MARTIN VILLA SUBDIVISION
IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 8
On April 11, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 7 11 P M Present Fernon P
Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Gerald Taylor and Ron Ochala Absent Laura
Toy, Robert R Bishop and Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installa-
tion of street lights in Martin Villa Subdivision in the Northeast 1/4
of Section 8 of the City of Livonia, Michigan

Questions and comments from interested persons were given due con-
sideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , April 11, 1988
