MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
PETITION 87-11-2-53 (WAIVER USE)

On February 8, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council, Joan McCotter, at 8' 38 p m Present Joan McCotter,
Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Dale Jurcisin, Laura Toy, and Robert R. Bishop.
Absent: Fernon P Feenstra
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Ron Parz requesting permission
to construct a shopping center on the North side of Plymouth Road between
Middlebelt and Merriman Roads in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, City of
Livonia.
There were approximately fourteen people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:48 p m , February 8, 1988
