MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR
THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF FARGO, SUNSET AND PEMBROKE
IN SECTION 2
On February 22, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 04 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra,
Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, and Ron Ochala Absent Laura Toy,
Joan McCotter, and Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
street improvement of Fargo, Sunset and Pembroke in Section 2, City of
lip Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately seventeen people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 34 p m , February 22,
1988
