MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN THE SHEFFIELD ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO 2
IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 9

On May 18, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 36 p m Present Robert E. McCann, Fernon P
Feeootra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala.
Absent: Joan McCotter
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
installation of street lights in the Sheffield Estates Subdivision No 2
in the West 1/2 of Section 9 of the City of Livonia, Michigan
There was no one present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
-- consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8:45 p.m. , May 18, 1987.
