HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1987-05-18 NECESSITY WINDRIDGE VILLAGE (2) 23377 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE WINDRIDGE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 5 1.0 IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 4 On May 18, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:50 p m. Present Robert E McCann, Feroou P. Feenstra, Robert D. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron 0cbalu, Absent: Joan McCotter. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights in the Windridge Village Subdivision No 5 in the West 1/2 of Section 4 of the City of Livonia, Michigan There was no one present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due -- consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. The public hearing was declared closed at 8 52 p.m , May 18, 1987.
