Present Robert E McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent: Joan McCotter The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights on Laurel Avenue, south of Pinetree, in the southeast 1/4 of Section 17 of the City of Livonia There were approximately five people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The public hearing was declared closed at 8 35 p m , May 18, 1987 .190111eitn.)htd ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
