MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 86-9-2-32 (WAIVER USE)
lig. On June 15, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
Vice President of the Council at 9 01 p m Present Joan McCotter,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala, Gerald Taylor. Absent
Robert R. Bishop and Robert E McCann
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners
in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening
a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Dominic Soave
requesting permission to utilize a portion of the subject property and
building for an SDM and SDD License, located on the west side of
Newburgh between Seven Mile Road and Northland Road in Section 6 of the
lbw
City of Livonia.
There were approximately 20 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 50 p m. , June 15, 1987
