HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1987-05-18 NECESSITY WINDRIDGE VILLAGE 23378 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE WINDRIDGE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 6 IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 4 On May 18, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:53 p m Present Robert E. McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent: Joan McCotter. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights in the Windridge Village Subdivision No. 6 in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4 of the City of Livonia, Michigan There was no one present.
