MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 87-5-2-21 (WAIVER USE)
On August 31, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 00 p.m. Present Robert E McCann, Joan
McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald I-ylnr, Robert D. Bennett, Ron Ochala.
Absent: Robert R. Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to a use permit submitied by Rapid Oil Change requesting
permission to construct and operate a quick oil change business located
on the South side of Five Mile Road in Section 23 of the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 30 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8:37 p.m , August 31, 1987.
