MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN S.I.J L INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION
IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27
On September 9, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 10 11 p.m. Present Robert E. McCann, Joan McCotter,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and
Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of
street lights in S.I J L Industrial Subdivision in the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 27 of the City of Livonia, Michigan.
There was one person present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 10 12 p m , September 9, 1987.
