HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1987-09-09 SAD WINDRIDGE VILLAGE (2) 23617 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN WINDRIDGE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 5 IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 4 On September 9, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 10.07 p.m Present Robert E McCann, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting with underground wiring in Windridge Village Subdivision No 5 in the West 1/2 of Section 4 of the City of Livonia, Michigan. There was one person present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
