HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1987-09-09 SAD LAUREL AVE 23615 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON LAUREL AVENUE IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 17 On September 9, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 10 03 p m Present Robert E McCann, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment Roll for the installation of street lights on existing wood poles on Laurel Avenue in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 17 of the City of Livonia, Michigan. There were one person present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The public hearing was declared closed at 10:04 p m , September 9, 1987 4dpM4 ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
