HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1987-09-09 NECESSITY CANTERBURY ESTATES 23620 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN CANTERBURY ESTATES AND WESTMORE SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11 On September 9, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at 10:13 p.m. Present: Robert E. McCann, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights in Canterbury Estates and Westmore Subdivision in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11 of the City of Livonia, Michigan There was one person present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
