FRANCIS (BRIDGE TO PEMBROKE) IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1 liwOn September 9, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 00 p m. Present Robert E McCann, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment Roll for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting on davitt poles with underground wiring on St. Francis (Bridge to Pembroke) in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1 of the City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately 100 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The public hearing was declared closed at 8:35 p.m. , September 9, 1987. 41(474/7°.1/41(61fr F.
