HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1987-05-13 IFEC RAM REAL ESTATE 23370 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY RAM REAL ESTATE ENTERPRISES FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 40 On May 13, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.21 p.m Present Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Ron Ochala, Robert E. McCann Absent: Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Beouett, The President stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Rum Real Estate Enterprises covering new industrial facilities within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No. 40 There were approximately seven people present 11.0' Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
