HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1987-04-29 NECESSITY FAIRWAY FARMS 23333 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN FAIRWAY FARMS SUBDIVISION Law On April 29, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 07 p m Present Robert E McCann, Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights in Fairway Farms Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 17 in the City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately eighty people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The public hearing was declared closed at 8 58 p m , April 29, 1987 4.e'1440r)141k°14 ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
