HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1987-02-18 PETITION 1986-10-02-36 23176 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 86-10-2-36 (WAIVER USE) On February 18, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.45 p.m Present Robert E. McCann, Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor and Robert D. Bennett. Absent Ron Ochala The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia,and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in acordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by KFC Take Home Food Company, requesting permission to construct a restaurant on the South- west corner of Farmington Road and Schoolcraft Service Drive in the North- east 1/4 of Section 28 in the City of Livonia. There were approximately five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The public hearing was declared closed at 9: 10 p.m , February 18, 1987.
