MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 86-11-2-38 (WAIVER USE)
On February 16, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7:00 p.m Present Robert E. McCann,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert D. Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise
pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property
owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is
opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Richard D.
Sikora requesting permission to utilize an 60M license in connection with
an existing business located within the Laurel Commons Shopping Center
on the North side of Six Mile Road, East of Newburgh Road in the Northeast
1/4 of Section 23 of the City of Livonia
There were 10 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7:30 p m , February 16, 1987.
