MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
OF RALEIGH, PARKDALE AND VAN COURT IN THE N W 1/4 OF SECTION 32

On January 26, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 8. 15 p.m. Present: Joan McCotter,
Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett,
Ron Ochala and Robert E. McCann Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street
improvement of Raleigh, Parkdale and Van Court in the N.W. 1/4 of Section
32, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 120 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
L cooaideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 30 p.m. , January 26, 1987.
