HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1987-04-01 SAD HARRISON 23259 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF HARRISON (FIVE MILE TO LYNDON) , SUNBURY (JAMISON TO OAKLEY) AND OAKLEY (SUNBURY TO HARRISON) IN THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 24 On April 1, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8:05 p.m. Present. Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent Robert E. McCann The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Harrison (Five Mile to Lyndon) , Sunbruy (Jamison to Oakley) and Oakley (Sunbury to Harrison) in the North half of Section 24 of the City of Livonia. There were approximately 40 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The public hearing was declared closed at 8:30 p.m ,April 1, 1987. 2tttal ROB RT F NASH, CITY CLERK
