MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF FAIRFIELD AND MAYFIELD DRIVES, SOUTH OF SIX MILE ROAD
lbwOn January 12, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 9 00 p m Present Robert E. McCann,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
street improvement of Fairfield and Mayfield Drives, South of Six Mile
Road, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 50 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
lip consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 35 p m , January 12, 1987
