MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF OSMUS, PARKER AND NORFOLK IN THE N E. 1/4 OF SECTION 3
On January 12, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 25 p m Present Robert E McCann,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
street improvement of Osmus, Parker and Norfolk in the N.E 1/4 of
Section 3, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 100 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 00 p m , January 12, 1987.
