MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 86-6-2-27 (WAIVER)
On September 17, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 15 p m Present Robert R. Bishop,
Joan McCotter, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett, Ron
Ochala Absent Fernon P. Feenstra.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a
public hearing relative to a use permit (appeal) submitted by Ward Harriman,
requesting waiver use approval to build a facility for automobile and light
truck repair on the South side of Plymouth Road between Stark and Farmington
Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33 of the City of Livonia
There were approximately thirty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due con-
sideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 15 p.m. , September 17,
1986.
