MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL
Imo DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 39
FOR DETROIT FOREST PRODUCTS, INC.
On October 20, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 8 00 p m. Present Joan McCotter,
Fernon P Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett,
Ron Ochala and Robert R. Bishop Absent None.
The President stated that this is a public hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial
Development District No. 35, pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts
of Michigan of 1974, as amended, petitioned by Detroit Forest Products.
There were approximately 20 people present.
ImoQuestions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8: 13 p m , October 20, 1986.
