MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 86-10-2-35 (WAIVER USE)
On January 5, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7 45 p m Present Robert E McCann,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 534, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise
pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property
owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is
opening a public hearng realtive to a use permit submitted by the South-
land Corporation requesting to utilize as SDM License within a 7-Eleven
Store proposed to be located on the North side of Five Mile Road, West
Ito of Levan in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 17 of the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 15 people present. •
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 20 p m , Monday, Janu-
ary 5, 1987.
